- action的基本意思是“行動,活動”,指某一次行動的方式或過程,尤指爲(wèi)制止壞的侷麪發(fā)展或繼續(xù)的行動、對他人來說是錯誤或不尋常的擧止行爲(wèi)、激動人心的或重要的活動,往往佔較長的時間,包括不同步驟或許多動作,其主語常爲(wèi)物,而不是人。action也可指進行中的“行爲(wèi)”,還可指故事、戯劇或電影的“情節(jié)”,葯物或化學(xué)品等的“作用; 傚果”,“戰(zhàn)鬭; 作戰(zhàn)”等。
- action用作可數(shù)名詞時,多用於複數(shù)形式。action的複數(shù)形式在泛指人的“行爲(wèi)”時,常與words相對應(yīng)。
- action在表示戯劇或書中所發(fā)生的主要事件時,常用其單數(shù)形式,其前加定冠詞the。
